Visiting London and Staying in Earl's Court

There are many good reasons for choosing Earl's Court as a base when visiting London. Out of all the accommodation options for London, this area has our preference. Here is why:

  • Very wide choice of hotels, ranging from luxury to hostels, at prices that are more reasonable than central London;
  • Lots of facilities for tourists, including internet, telephone, laundry and money changers;
  • Excellent transport links, being on three of the main London tube lines (District line, Piccadilly line and Circle line with two tube stations Earl's Court and Gloucester Road, both at walking distance) completed by a good network of buses, and walking distance to the famous museums in South Kensington (Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum, Natural History Museum);
  • Many beautiful garden squares, which give a typical taste of traditional residential London.
  • Several good local restaurants, pubs and entertainment options.

The west part of Earl's Court (behind Warwick road) is subject to a major redevelopment. This should not stop visitors to stay in Earl's Court as most of the hotels are located on the east side of Earl's Court road.
